American Roots
Our founder, Mr Melsa, gained invaluable experience working in holiday camps across America — bringing home a unique, high-energy flavour of activity camps.
Born in Suffolk
School's Out Activities launched in Suffolk with a single venue and a big dream — to bring premium, fun-packed holiday childcare to local families.
Expanding Across East Anglia
Driven by demand and glowing reviews, we expanded across Suffolk, into Essex, Norfolk, and beyond — always keeping quality at the heart of everything.
Unique Activities Born
We started designing and developing our own bespoke activities — cooking up creative, exciting experiences you simply can't find anywhere else.
Awards & Recognition
Years of fine-tuning school holiday childcare led to awards and accolades, plus a proud partnership with Essex University for development programs.
The Journey Comes Full Circle
Children who started as Early Explorers have progressed through Creative Crew, Adrenaline Adventure, and Next Generation — graduating, volunteering, and becoming paid leaders. Some now make up our full-time HQ team.
