Age requirement: You must be 17 or older to work with us — Ofsted does not recognise under-17s within our staffing ratios.
One exception: 16-year-olds may apply for Lifeguard roles, but only if you already hold a recognised lifeguard qualification (e.g. RLSS NPLQ).
