Workplace Childcare Benefits
Many employers across the UK — particularly in London and beyond — offer free emergency childcare and funded school holiday days as part of their employee benefits package. You could attend our camps at no cost to you.
Benefit Providers We Work With
Check if your employer is partnered with one of these providers. If so, you may be entitled to fully funded school holiday camp days.

Bright Horizons

How It Works
Four simple steps to get your child booked into camp — completely free through your employer.
Request via Your Employer Platform
Log into your employer's benefit platform (e.g. Bright Horizons, My Family Care, or Vivvi) and request the school holiday dates you'd like your child to attend camp.
Create Your Account & Fill In Details
Create an account on our website and complete your profile, including all of your children's details. This ensures we have everything we need to confirm your booking quickly.
We Process Your Booking
Our head office will receive the request and process the booking on your behalf. We'll then claim funding directly from the benefit provider — there's nothing extra for you to pay.
Receive Your QR Code & Come to Camp!
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a QR code. Simply bring it along on the day and your child is all set for a fantastic time at camp.
Important: Create Your Account First
To ensure we can process your booking quickly once we receive your employer's request, please create an account on our website and complete your profile — including all of your children's details (name, date of birth, medical & dietary info). This way, we're ready to confirm your booking immediately and send you your QR code.
Need More Days Than Your Allowance?
If your employer benefit provides a limited number of funded days, you can always add extra days to the same booking and pay for these separately yourself. This means your child can attend for the full holiday period — with some days covered by your employer and any additional days funded by you directly.
