Add Flexi Booking to any or all of your booked days at checkout. The £5 per day charge is non-refundable, but it protects 100% of your course fees for that day.

No — the Flexi Booking charge is non-refundable. It's an insurance-style add-on that protects your course fees.
Can I move my day to a different venue?
You can move days to other available dates within the same camp holiday period. Moving between venues may be possible depending on availability — contact us to check.
What happens if I don't add Flexi Booking?
Without Flexi Booking, our standard cancellation policy applies. You may lose your course fees if you cancel or miss a day.
Do credits expire?
No! Wallet credits from Flexi Booking cancellations never expire and can be used for any future camp booking.
