Partner With Us

    Become a Host School

Join our network of partner schools and unlock a guaranteed revenue stream during school holidays — while providing families with outstanding Ofsted-registered childcare on your doorstep.

    Why Schools Partner With Us

We make it effortless. You provide the space — we handle everything else, from equipment to insurance, staffing to safeguarding.

    £5 Million Public Liability Insurance

Full coverage for peace of mind — our comprehensive public liability insurance protects the school, children, and staff.

Our policy covers all activities, premises liability, and any accidental damage. We provide a copy of our certificate to every partner school before camps begin, and it's renewed annually.

    Ofsted Registered

We are a fully Ofsted-registered childcare provider, giving parents and schools complete confidence in our standards.

Our Ofsted registration means parents can use Tax-Free Childcare and childcare vouchers to pay for camps. We undergo regular inspections and maintain full compliance with EYFS and childcare regulations.

    DBS Checked & Safeguarding Trained

Every member of staff holds an Enhanced DBS check and has completed safeguarding training before they step foot on your site.

All staff complete Level 2 Safeguarding, Prevent training, and first aid certification. We have designated safeguarding leads on every course and maintain a single central record available for inspection.

    Activity Insurance

Specialist activity insurance covers all premium activities including archery, inflatables, and climbing walls.

Our specialist provider covers high-risk activities that standard policies exclude. This includes bouncy castles, obstacle courses, archery, and all sporting equipment we bring on site.

    We Bring Everything

Our box van trailer arrives fully loaded with all equipment, resources, and activity boxes. We just ask to use your hard equipment — benches, mats, chairs, and tables.

We ask the site team to find somewhere secure on site to keep our box van during half terms and school holidays. This enables easy setup and pack-down each day. Everything is padlocked, wheel-clamped, fully insured, and kept out of the way. All of our existing partner schools accommodate this for us — it's a simple, proven arrangement.

    Full Site Inspections

Before every camp we conduct a thorough facility inspection, photograph everything, and return all areas to exactly how we found them.

We photograph every room, corridor, and outdoor area before and after use. Our course managers complete daily checklists ensuring nothing is out of place. Any issues are reported immediately to the school contact.

    Cleaning Standards

All our course areas have access to cleaning products. We maintain high hygiene standards throughout every session.

We carry our own cleaning supplies and conduct end-of-day deep cleans. Toilets, activity areas, and eating spaces are cleaned multiple times daily. We leave everything spotless for any evening hires.

    Guaranteed Revenue Stream

We pay a guaranteed daily hire charge for the facilities we use — providing your school with a reliable, added revenue stream during holidays.

Our hire fees are agreed up front and paid regardless of camp attendance numbers. Many of our partner schools use this income to fund facility improvements, subsidise school trips, or boost their maintenance budgets.

    Staff Discounts

We offer a discount for all teaching staff whose children want to attend our camps — a fantastic staff perk at no cost to the school.

Teaching and support staff receive an exclusive discount code. It's a valued benefit that schools can promote in their staff communications — at zero cost to the school.

    Investing in Your School

Many of the fees we pay have directly contributed to improving school facilities — from resurfacing courts to upgrading halls.

Our long-term partnerships have funded playground resurfacing, sports hall upgrades, new furniture, and equipment purchases. We're invested in the venues we use and take pride in contributing back.

    What We Ask From You

We bring all our own equipment — we just need access to the following facilities during school holiday periods.

    Indoor Spaces

Use of the sports hall (evening hires from 6pm onwards are no problem — we tidy our equipment away each evening using portable trolleys)
An art room or a room suitable for arts & crafts with a hard floor
An early years room — this could be a large space such as a canteen or school hall
    Any staging areas or theatres
A small office so we can charge walkie-talkies and use as a staff base

    Outdoor Spaces

Use of any hard courts or astro pitches
Access to parts of the playing fields
A secure perimeter for drop-off and collection

    Other Requirements

All adjacent toilets and changing rooms to our areas — we will clearly mark use of children's toilets and staff toilets
Wi-Fi access for our staff to complete digital registers
Use of school benches, mats, chairs & tables
    Access to a first-aid area
Holiday access arranged via site management
